Exchange Policy:
If you have received a damaged product or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. We require an opening video as proof!
Minor alterations required as its readymade product, no exchange or refund for same.

Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days from date of delivery.
The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be borne by the customer.
We only exchange with a different size of the the same piece. Only if you send opening video of parcel and if you recived damage product found in video We do not accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description before ordering.
